I am looking for a developer who can create a text-to-sql evaluation tool using Python. The project requires working with an existing database structure, so experience in database management is necessary. The ideal candidate should have intermediate level expertise in programming and be familiar with natural language processing techniques. The tool should be able to evaluate the performance of a given text-to-sql tool.
