It needs to be automated by schedule, like once a week because our data is updated frequently.

Say, Our php guy will track the keyword 'good men' then he link to you code then your code will find a related keyword to 'good men', then it will finds several other related keyword in our database such as 'nice men', 'nice male', etc.
