Micro project: Natural Language Processing: Text classification

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet, in each row, there are unstructured cells containing information about some professionals. I need that data to be classified (text classification) in the right columns (I have a list of fields).

For example, you would have an example row containing these cells:
Arizona Stephanie Fruhling, MS, LPC. Mental Health Counselor Melmed Center 4848 E Cactus Rd #940, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 (480) 443-0050 contact.us(at)melmedcenter.com http://www.melmedcenter.com/

I need them to be classified in pre-determined column headers in another spreadsheet. Here are the column names:

country country_nicename region region_nicename city name degrees_titles certifications headline introduction Organization address phone_1 phone_2 email_1 email_2 website_1 website_2

The number of rows is 850 approximately, so this is a micro project.
