Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
The proposal must include:
- Project description
- Proposed technologies for development (backend, frontend, database, APIs, WhatsApp integration, etc.)
- Maximum development cost
- Proposals generated using ChatGPT or other AI tools will not be accepted.
Evaluation criteria:
Proposals will be assessed based on clarity, technological feasibility, and total development cost. If Google Calendar integration is proposed, its cost must be listed separately.
Project Description
Currently, the company’s HR team manages medical shifts and replacements manually, contacting each doctor individually by phone to check availability. The goal is to develop a system that automates this process, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention and improving operational efficiency.
The system must include:
1. Web application for HR
Intuitive and visual platform for managing medical shifts
Entry of required shifts and medical specialties
Automatic sending of invitations to doctors via WhatsApp
Real-time tracking of responses
Manual or automatic doctor assignment
Confirmation and automatic notification to the assigned doctor
2. WhatsApp chatbot for doctors
Interaction through automated, natural language messages
AI-based chatbot (e.g., OpenAI) to check availability, accept, decline, or request changes
One-click or simple-response acceptance/rejection of shifts
Automatic confirmations and reminders before each shift
Ability to cancel a shift and suggest a replacement, with automated reassignment management
3. Google Calendar Integration (quote separately)
Additionally, integration with Google Calendar is desired to allow synchronization of accepted shifts with each doctor’s personal calendar. This feature should be quoted separately from the rest of the system.
If included, this integration should provide:
a. Secure authentication (OAuth 2.0):
Each doctor grants secure access to their calendar via an authorization link
b. Automatic event creation:
When a shift is accepted, an event with all relevant details is automatically created in the doctor's calendar
Customizable reminders can be configured
c. Event updates and cancellations:
If a shift is modified or canceled, the corresponding calendar event is updated or deleted accordingly
d. Privacy and control:
The system will only access necessary information (availability and events, not private content)
Doctors can revoke access at any time via their Google account settings
