Build a NER Model /Autolabelling model on ticket data
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
on the data https://www.kaggle.com/code/aniketg11/support-tickets-classification/data
perform NER or any other methodology to provide a name to the ticket group.
requirement:
1.tickets belonging to same group (same type of ticket)should have same label.
2.label should tell about the issue mentioned in ticket
eg.
input ticket :change role hello dear please change pm role starting kind regards discipline lead
label: change role
you can later on use your code for kaggle competition or personal project. it is ok to me.
