Voice AI Medicine Ordering App

I need an AI-powered inbound voice application that automates the entire medicine-ordering workflow by phone. As soon as a customer calls, the assistant should pick up, greet the caller, and use natural-language (Hindi & English or mix) understanding to capture drug names and quantities without forcing the caller into rigid menus. After confirming the items, the agent must gather the customer’s name, phone number, and delivery address, repeat the details for verification, then write everything—time-stamped order, caller ID, full transcript, and audio recording—into a central database that my fulfilment team can query in real time.

The telephony layer can run on Twilio, SIP, or any comparable cloud voice stack, as long as calls reach the AI with minimal latency. For the language stack you are free to use Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or a custom LLM gateway, provided it reliably handles medical product names and maintains conversational context. Security is critical: all PII must travel over HTTPS, be encrypted at rest, and comply with standard privacy guidelines.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A deployable inbound voice agent accessible through a standard phone number
• Accurate NLU for medicine names, quantities, and customer details, tested with at least 90 % extraction accuracy
• Centralised database (SQL or NoSQL) with schema and API endpoints for our fulfilment software
• Call logging with transcripts and recordings linked to each order
• Setup scripts and concise documentation so my in-house team can monitor, retrain, and scale the service

I will sign off the project after a live demo shows an end-to-end call populating the database exactly as specified.
