AI Virtual Assistant Integration

I run a busy pharmaceutical e-commerce site and now want a fully integrated AI virtual assistant that can speak and type with our visitors in real time. The assistant must be driven by robust Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning so that it feels genuinely helpful rather than scripted.
Core functions it must handle
• Customer support – triage questions and escalate only the edge cases
• Product inquiries – read our catalogue data, give accurate dosage or compatibility details, surface safety notices and suggest alternatives when something is out of stock
• Order and availability information – check live inventory, track shipments and confirm estimated delivery windows
Interaction style
Both text and voice chat are required. The text widget should sit unobtrusively in the corner of every page, while the voice layer should rely on a lightweight Web-RTC or similar pipeline with fast speech-to-text and natural-sounding text-to-speech.
Language scope
English is all that is needed for launch, but please architect it so we can bolt on additional languages later without a rebuild.
Deliverables

2. Front-end chat interface with voice toggle, styled to match our current UI
3. Secure connectors to our product, inventory and order-tracking APIs
4. Admin console for intent management, analytics and manual overrides

Acceptance criteria
• 90 %+ intent recognition accuracy on our validated test set
• Sub-second latency for both text and voice replies under normal load
• Zero critical errors during a 48-hour pilot on our staging site
Tech you’re free to use: Python, Node.js, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Rasa, Dialogflow, or a proven LLM API—whichever achieves the above specs while remaining scalable.
