Seeking AI/ML Expert for Strategic Blueprint of a Disinformation & Content Moderation Tool

We are looking for an experienced AI/Machine Learning specialist to develop a comprehensive strategic blueprint for an AI-powered tool designed to combat disinformation and moderate user-generated content.
Our goal is to create a robust and scalable solution that can effectively identify, classify, and moderate text-based content on our platform. The ideal freelancer will not be building the tool itself but will be creating the foundational plan and roadmap for its development.
Key Deliverables:
Problem Analysis: A detailed analysis of the current challenges in language-based disinformation and content moderation.
Technology & Algorithm Recommendation: A proposal outlining the most suitable AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, transformer models, deep learning) and a justification for each. This should include a high-level overview of how the models would be trained and deployed.
Data Strategy: A plan for data acquisition, cleaning, and labeling. This is a critical component, so the blueprint should detail the type of data needed and a strategy for maintaining a high-quality, continuous data stream.
Architectural & System Design: A high-level architectural overview of the tool, including the necessary components, data flow, and integration points with existing systems.
Feature Roadmap: A phased plan for development, including a prioritized list of features (e.g., real-time detection, sentiment analysis, context-aware moderation, multi-language support).
Cost & Timeline Estimates: Realistic cost projections and a detailed timeline for the different phases of development.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in designing and planning AI/ML solutions, particularly in the areas of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and content moderation.
Deep understanding of different machine learning models and their applications.
Ability to translate a complex problem into a clear, actionable technical strategy.
Excellent communication skills and experience creating detailed technical documents and strategic reports.
