Python NLP Sentiment Analyzer

I need a self-sufficient Python developer to build a compact Natural Language Processing pipeline focused on sentiment analysis. The scope is deliberately tight: select or craft a suitable dataset, clean and preprocess the text, train a sentiment model, and wrap the result in a concise, well-documented script or notebook I can rerun on my own machine.
Key expectations
• Pure Python with common ML libraries (preferably scikit-learn or PyTorch, but I’m open if you can justify another choice).
• Readable, modular code with inline comments and a short README explaining setup, training, and inference.
• Clear evaluation: show accuracy, F1, or another appropriate metric on a held-out set so I can see real performance.
• A simple CLI or function call that takes raw text and returns the predicted sentiment.
