Python Metaphor Detection Script

I need a Python script that can detect metaphors from a CSV/Excel dataset and interpret the metaphorical sentences. The output should be in Excel format.

Requirements:
- Ability to handle CSV/Excel input and output.
- Detect and interpret metaphors in sentences.
- Provide results in an organized Excel format.

Ideal Skills:
