Looking for Developers to Build an AI/ML Voice call Sales Agent with Multilingual Human-like Voice. ( College Project)

I'm looking for skilled developers to create an AI/ML-powered voice call sales agent that can communicate in realistic human voice in Hindi, English, and Bengali. The agent should be capable of handling natural conversations, answering customer queries, and assisting with product or service information.
Ideal candidates should have experience with speech synthesis (TTS), natural language processing (NLP), and conversational AI. Familiarity with tools like Google Dialogflow, Azure Cognitive Services, Amazon Polly, or similar frameworks is a plus. Please share your past work, especially anything involving multilingual voice bots or AI-driven customer service solutions.
I am from my Tier 3 college the teachers we have don't want to teach us anything and expect NASA level projects from us, this will be used as my college project,
You will be building this project for me, and I need it to run smoothly on my laptop in offline mode, since I may have to give a demo in places like the teachers’ staff room where Wi-Fi isn’t available.
At the same time, I also need to learn how to run it in online mode (for free), so that if the project is scheduled for a classroom demo, multiple students or teachers can access it simultaneously over the internet.
