AI Inquiry Agent Development
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need an AI-driven agent that can take every incoming email inquiry, understand the user’s intent through Natural Language Processing, and walk the prospect all the way from first question to a closed deal. In practical terms, the agent must:
• Parse and classify new emails in real time, flagging product questions, quotation requests, or bidding opportunities.
• Generate context-aware replies, attach or embed price quotations, and negotiate within rules I will supply.
• Track each thread’s status so that follow-ups, reminders, and final closure messages go out automatically.
Right now my only required channel is Email; future chat or social-media hooks may come later, so an extensible architecture is important. Code can be in Python, Node, or another mainstream stack as long as you lean on proven NLP frameworks (e.g., spaCy, OpenAI, Hugging Face).
Acceptance criteria
– Demonstrate accurate intent detection on a test inbox I provide.
– Show automated quotation generation in PDF or HTML.
– Log every step to a simple dashboard or CSV so I can audit decisions.
– Deliver clean, well-commented source and a quick setup guide.
