The Project
We are seeking a highly experienced Hostaway expert to help us implement advanced automations across our growing property portfolio.
Scope includes (but is not limited to):
AI-powered guest messaging and automated replies
Dynamic price optimisation (platform of your recommendation)
Cleaning and task automation workflows
Workflow optimisation within Hostaway
Process improvements and system integrations
Any additional automation opportunities you identify

Requirements
Proven experience with Hostaway (essential)
Demonstrated experience implementing automation within Hostaway
Strong understanding of short-term rental operations
Experience with dynamic pricing tools and system integrations
Ability to analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements

This is a project-based engagement (not ongoing employment), with clear deliverables and implementation milestones.
