I'm looking to commission a specialized English-to-Hindi translation tool for use by various government organizations. This tool should be compatible with the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, amongst others—essentially, all governmental websites. The focus of this translator tool is to convert text content - image and document translations aren't required at this stage. Importantly, this translator should operate through a web interface, making it universally accessible across organizations.
