Full-Stack AI HR Solutions Suite

I’m kicking off the development of an AI-driven HR solutions suite and I’m looking for a full-time, full-stack engineer to own the build from the earliest prototype through production rollout. The first phase centres on two key modules—Resume screening and Onboarding automation—both powered by Natural Language Processing so that hiring managers receive ranked, insight-rich shortlists and new employees glide through a personalised, policy-aware onboarding flow.

The product must feel seamless on Web, Mobile and Desktop. I’m agnostic about the exact stack as long as it supports a clean micro-service architecture and rapid iteration; if you’re comfortable moving between Python (for NLP with libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face), a modern JavaScript framework for the front end, and a robust database layer, we’ll get along well. Expect to stand up secure APIs, build out responsive UI components, implement role-based access, and wire everything into CI/CD for fast, repeatable deployments.

Project milestones and acceptance criteria
• MVP in 12 weeks with both modules fully functional on web browsers and test builds for iOS/Android and desktop (Electron or similar).
• NLP pipelines returning ranked candidate lists in under 5 seconds for a 1 000-resume batch.
• Onboarding flow builder that lets HR teams create and assign task packs, track completion and trigger notifications.
• Comprehensive unit and integration tests plus concise technical documentation.
