French VAPI Voice Assistant Setup

I need a fluent-French voice assistant built inside Vapi that greets callers with
« Bonjour, vous êtes chez <company name>, leader dans <secteur> ». From there the call should branch into two self-contained agents.
Press 1 – Sales
This path focuses on sales appointment scheduling, so the bot only has to collect the caller’s contact information (phone or email) and log it in Vapi. No calendar syncing is required right now; our human advisor will follow up once the lead is captured.
Press 2 – Photobooth Support
Here the assistant must be trained on DSLRBOOTH documentation plus our own photobooth FAQ so it can walk customers through the most common software glitches. If the conversation reveals a hardware issue, the bot should gather a brief description and automatically forward the case by email to our customer-service mailbox.
Key points to cover
• Entire flow in natural French, text-to-speech and speech-to-text tuned for European accents.
• Clear DTMF detection for “1” and “2”.
• Separate prompt sets and knowledge bases for the two agents.
• Simple JSON or webhook delivery of the contact details captured in Press 1 and the escalation email payload in Press 2.
• Thorough testing inside Vapi until each branch consistently reaches the correct end state.
Deliverable: a ready-to-deploy Vapi workspace (or export) with both agents configured, prompts uploaded, and a short hand-off document so I can tweak wording later if needed.
