I have a short conversation saved in a .doc file that first needs to be cleaned up and delivered back to me in standard Microsoft Word (.docx) format. Once the file is properly converted, I want a concise text-analysis report focused on two points only:
• Sentiment analysis – a clear indication of the overall emotional tone, with a brief breakdown if the tone shifts between speakers.
• Readability assessment – common metrics such as Flesch-Kincaid or similar, together with a plain-language interpretation of what those numbers mean for an average reader.
Feel free to use any suitable tool or library (Python NLP packages, Word add-ins, online APIs, etc.) as long as the final results are reproducible and you can briefly describe your method.
Deliverables:
1. The conversation in a clean .docx file, identical in content and layout to the source.
2. A separate analysis report (Word or PDF) summarising sentiment and readability findings.
