Consultation Needed: AI-Based Arabic/ English Bilingual Content System

Project Context
I am exploring the design of an internal AI assisted system to support bilingual English and Arabic content creation. The long term vision is a tool where users can input any text and receive rewritten output in both English and Arabic that strictly follows an approved organizational tone, terminology, and language standards.
As a foundational step, I am also working on extracting a controlled bilingual glossary from approximately 500 approved English and Arabic documents. This glossary will capture preferred terms, spelling variants, and institutional language patterns and will later be used to enforce consistency in AI generated outputs.
Before committing to development, I am seeking a paid one hour consultation with an experienced AI or NLP professional to validate what is realistically achievable, what is not, and how such a system should be phased.
This engagement is advisory only. No coding or implementation is expected at this stage.
What I am looking for
An applied AI or NLP expert with real world experience in text processing projects, ideally involving multilingual or Arabic language content.
The right consultant should be able to think critically and pragmatically, not sell automation hype.
Scope of the consultation
During the one hour session, I would like to discuss:
Feasibility of building a bilingual English and Arabic glossary from approved documents
Handling spelling variants and terminology normalization, especially in Arabic
Realistic approaches to enforcing approved terminology in AI generated content
Feasibility and limitations of bilingual tone rewriting
How tone control and glossary enforcement should work together
What level of human review will always be required
Suggested phased roadmap from glossary to tone rewriting
Expected timelines and cost ranges at different levels of sophistication
Clear guidance on what should not be attempted and why

One hour video or audio consultation
Optional brief written summary or key recommendations after the call
Ideal background
Hands on experience with NLP or applied AI systems
Experience handling Arabic text in production environments is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of text normalization, term extraction, and language quality risks
Comfortable setting boundaries on automation and managing expectations
Able to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to non developers
