Build AI Dental Communication Platform

Job ID: 40536923

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

Dentbridge is my new cloud-based interface that will allow dentists across the UAE and wider GCC to speak every patient’s language—literally and figuratively. The goal is a web-first platform (with mobile responsiveness) that blends real-time language translation and accurate speech-to-text transcription so clinical conversations, treatment plans and consent forms can be generated instantly in the patient’s preferred tongue.

Because clarity often depends on showing as much as telling, the software also needs dual-mode explanations: high-quality audio narration synced with rich 3D animations of each procedure. When a dentist selects an item from the treatment list, the patient should immediately see the animation, hear the explanation, and receive a transcript and printable summary in their language. Everything must be logged to a secure database to support verifiable informed consent.

Core deliverables
• Multilingual engine: server-side API or integrated service that handles real-time translation of both live speech and on-screen text.
• Speech-to-text module: accurate, low-latency transcription for clinical environments (accent and noise handling expected).
• Visual layer: library of reusable 3D procedure animations, streamed efficiently and ready for future expansion.
• Audio layer: automatic voice-over generation or playback of pre-recorded scripts, synchronised with the visuals.
• Consent packet generator: compiles the translated transcript, key stills from the animation, and signature capture into a single PDF for record-keeping.
• Admin dashboard: user, language and asset management, usage analytics, and GDPR/HIPAA-style audit logs.

Tech stack is flexible, yet React or Vue on the front end and Node.js, Python or similar on the back end make the most sense. Integration with OpenAI, Google Cloud Translate or Azure Cognitive Services is fine as long as latency stays low and data residency rules for the UAE can be met. 3D assets may be hosted via WebGL/Three.js or an equivalent pipeline.

Success criteria:
1. A working MVP deployed to a secure test server.
2. Live demo showing a dentist-patient dialogue switching seamlessly between English and at least two GCC languages while displaying the 3D animation and real-time transcript.
3. Generated consent document matching the demo session, downloadable as PDF.

Timelines and phased milestones can be agreed once scope is refined, but the first clinical pilot should be ready within three months. Let’s create a tool that replaces dental jargon with true understanding and boosts treatment acceptance through crystal-clear communication.
