AI Anti-Corruption System Research

Job ID: 40432989

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am currently working on a research project in the field of anti-corruption approaches, focusing on the use of Artificial Intelligence as a preventive and proactive governance tool rather than relying solely on traditional reporting and investigation mechanisms.
The core idea of the research is to design a proposed AI model, an intelligent system integrated into digital government services that transforms beneficiary evaluations and post-service feedback into proactive corruption indicators.
Instead of traditional service ratings (such as rating a service from 1 to 5), the system would use AI-driven interactive evaluations capable of analysing:
Repeated complaints and unusual service delays
Indicators of favoritism or abuse of authority
Negative behavioral and emotional patterns
Linguistic signals associated with  corruption
Hidden patterns within user feedback and service interactions
Using AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Sentiment Analysis, Pattern Detection, and Predictive Analytics, the system would generate “Integrity Risk Indicators” that could be automatically transmitted to relevant oversight bodies for early review and preventive intervention.
The research will first examine international experiences in using AI for anti-corruption purposes before presenting the proposed AI model in detail.
The study will also include:
A full explanation of the proposed system architecture
The AI technologies and analytical models involved
Governance and ethical considerations
A proposed implementation framework for the model.
A preliminary prototype/interface design embedded within the research itself
The objective is to explore how AI can move anti-corruption efforts from reactive investigation toward proactive integrity monitoring within digital government systems.

Research Requirements:
A dedicated section reviewing international experiences in using Artificial Intelligence in anti-corruption efforts.
A dedicated section explaining the proposed technical model in detail, including:
How the system operates
How integrity indicators are generated
How these indicators are transmitted to oversight authorities
A preliminary prototype/interface design for the proposed system
