Output for a book

i need 8 or more pages of content, mostly in the form of tables. data, diagrams, figures, graphs also text on a copy/paste basis. I will provide my journal article which has all the relevant materials. The topic is atomic and quantization theory of fracture toughness. Mechanical properties of nanoceramics and materials is involved in this area. My recent publication is the theory source for the nook. However an older journal article of mine should be used to extract data and text for the book. For a book one page is 250 to 300 words and i need 8 or more pages. Just extract things from one journal article.
