ServiceNow Admin for Medium-Sized Company

We need a ServiceNow admin with intermediate-level skills to provide vital support for our company of 50-500 employees. You'll be responsible for the following:
- User Management: You will be overseeing user experiences by managing roles and profiles, tracking usage, and administering access.
- Incident Management: This includes responding to incidents, prioritizing, and resolving them while aligning with our company's incident management policies.
- Configuration Management: Implement and manage our service catalog and configuration items in ServiceNow based on our company's needs.
A proficient level of understanding regarding ServiceNow's applications is crucial. The ideal candidate should be an organized problem-solver with sound incident and configuration management experience, as well as a strong background in user management. Familiarity with medium sized organizational structures will be advantageous.
