n8n, gemini, youtube Content Automation Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project sets up an end-to-end content-management pipeline driven by n8n. The goal is simple: use n8n to automate every step of creating, refining, and publishing content that flows between Gemini, Veo, and YouTube.
Workflow vision
• Gemini generates or enriches the raw material (titles, scripts, descriptions, metadata).
• Veo handles video-specific tasks—edits, templates, or rendering triggers—based on the assets coming from Gemini.
• n8n orchestrates the entire process, moving data, handling conditions, and logging each step for transparency.
• The final, polished video and its metadata are pushed automatically to my YouTube channel with the correct privacy settings, thumbnails, and tags.
Key expectations
• A clean, reusable n8n workflow file (.json) that I can import straight into my instance.
• Clear comments inside the nodes so I understand what happens where.
• Connection instructions for each external service (API keys, scopes, webhooks) written in a short README.
• A brief screen-share walkthrough (recording is fine) showing the workflow running end-to-end with a sample piece of content.
Acceptance criteria
1. Automated timely trigger in n8n kicks off the entire chain without errors.
2. Gemini content appears correctly in the Veo step and is transformed as specified.
3. A new public or scheduled video shows up on YouTube with the exact metadata produced earlier.
4. All steps log success/failure states to n8n’s execution history for easy debugging.
Tools already available: active n8n instance, API credentials for Gemini, Veo, and YouTube.
Deliverables arriving ready-to-import will let me switch from manual uploads to a fully automated publishing loop.
