n8n E-commerce Image Scraper Workflow

I need a ready-to-import n8n workflow that crawls an e-commerce site, grabs every product image, downloads each file, and automatically renames it with the product’s description text that sits in the page’s HTML.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• HTTP Request (or similar) to pull the product listing and individual product pages.
• HTML Extract node(s) to collect the image URLs and the description string.
• File download of each image into a selectable local or cloud folder.
• Rename/move action so every file name exactly matches the corresponding product description (sanitise special characters and preserve extensions).
Please deliver:
1. The n8n workflow export (.json) ready for import on the current stable n8n build.
2. A brief note on any required credentials, environment variables, or node packages.
3. Quick test instructions so I can verify it on my side.
