n8n YouTube Reels Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already run a YouTube channel and want to hand over the repetitive work of posting Shorts/Reels to n8n. The goal is simple: every video file I drop into a Google Drive (or any source you recommend) must be scheduled to publish automatically on YouTube, sometimes at fixed times I set in advance and other times the moment a subscriber-milestone rolls over.
Upload scheduling is the only feature I need right now—comment moderation and analytics can wait—so the workflow should focus on:
• pulling the video asset and metadata
• checking whether the trigger is a clock-based rule I’ve defined or the crossing of a subscriber threshold
• publishing through the YouTube Data API with title, description, thumbnail and proper visibility settings
Deliverables I expect
• an import-ready n8n workflow (.json) with all nodes configured
• a quick README or loom-style walkthrough showing me how to plug in my API keys, set cron expressions, and adjust the subscriber-milestone triggers
If you’ve already built something similar, link a short screen capture when you bid so I can see it in action.
