n8n YouTube Automation Workflow
Budget: $15 – $20 SGD
I’m looking for an automation specialist to design a complete YouTube video automation workflow inside n8n, capable of running multiple channels simultaneously, in both English and Malay, and relying entirely on free or open-source AI services.
The system will be self-hosted on my own server — no paid plugins or subscriptions allowed.
Core Objectives
1. Bilingual operation: A toggle between English and Malay that changes all prompts, notifications, and logs.
2. AI-based content enrichment: Automatically generate titles, descriptions, hashtags, captions, voiceovers, and thumbnails in the selected language.
3. Automated video creation:
Create full videos (not static slides) using moving visuals from free sources such as Pexels, Pixabay, Coverr, or Mixkit.
Add AI voiceover (human-sounding and consistent for each channel).
Overlay text captions and background music from free-license libraries (e.g., YouTube Audio Library, Bensound).
Auto-generate dynamic thumbnails with slight motion effects using FFmpeg or similar.
4. Fact sourcing: Pull verified, interesting, and little-known facts from multiple free sources — Reddit, Quora, Medium, LiveScience, History.com, open data APIs, etc.
5. Automation & upload: Enrich or assemble videos, then automatically upload or schedule them to the proper YouTube channel.
Minimum output: 3 videos per day (short, long, or mixed).
Scheduling: Uploads must follow USA prime-time.
6. Monitoring & reporting:
Track comments in real time, filter spam/toxic messages (≥90 % accuracy), and flag items that need review.
Collect basic performance data (views, likes, watch-time).
Send daily summaries to Telegram.
Store all logs and video metadata in Google Sheets for reference.
