Workflow – Telegram to GPT to Airtable via n8n ( complete )
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi,I'm building a smart assistant that receives voice or text messages via Telegram, converts them if needed, extracts real estate data using GPT, and stores everything into Airtable — fully automated through n8n.
The core of the system has already been built (~60%), and I'm now looking for a reliable expert to help me finish and polish what’s left. We're working with clearly defined milestones.
What’s Already Done (approx. 60%)
Telegram bot is receiving messages (text + voice)
GPT-4 is connected with a custom prompt
Airtable base is dynamically selected by chat_id
Partial logic for detecting pending requests is built
Voice-to-text using Whisper is wired
Workflow is partially tested with sample messages
What Needs to Be Done
Complete routing logic for updates and new entries
Implement proper update/delete flows in Airtable
Build a scheduled workflow to auto-clean stale records
Finalize Telegram response messages (Arabic templates are ready)
Test all scenarios (complete, missing fields, duplicates, multi-agent)
Make the system robust and launch-ready
