n8n AI Workflow Automation Specialist

I’m looking for someone who knows n8n inside out to stand up several interconnected workflows for me over the next month (roughly one-third of full-time hours). The core of the job is wiring n8n to two AI providers—OpenAI and Google AI—so that I can pass prompts back and forth, capture the responses, and route the results into other tools. and having ai chat agent on my website that talks to the customers and pulls data from it.

Here’s what I need to happen:

• Build clean, reusable n8n workflows that talk to OpenAI and Google AI, handle retries, and expose key variables so I can tweak prompts later.
• Read from and write to Google Sheets: add new rows, update existing cells, and trigger lightweight analyses that feed back into the AI steps. A separate n8n data table may also store interim values.
• Pull information from several REST APIs, enrich or transform it (JavaScript functions or n8n native nodes are fine), then push the output into emails and a couple of internal systems.
• Lock down the environment—secure HTTP(s) between my servers and the n8n instance, validate webhooks, and document any secrets-management you set up.

Deliverables will be the finished workflows running in my self-hosted n8n, connection credentials stored securely, brief inline documentation in each workflow, and a short hand-off call or video to make sure I can extend what you’ve built. After the first month I’d like occasional support on an as-needed basis.
