n8n Automation Developer (Freelancer)

Project Background
We are developing a comprehensive automation system workflow, planning to integrate internal company systems (including SuiteCRM, Xero, Asana, WeChat Work, etc.) through n8n.
Currently, we hope to complete two foundational phase tasks first, which will serve as the starting point for the entire automation system.

Phase 1 Task Scope (Two Small Tasks)
Task 1: SuiteCRM and n8n Connection
Verify that the connection is successful (e.g., n8n can retrieve or receive data updates from SuiteCRM). This phase only requires establishing a stable connection, without implementing any data synchronization or logic automation.

Task 2: Xero → n8n → Asana Automation
Create a workflow: when there are new invoices or payment records in Xero, automatically create a corresponding task in Asana through n8n. The task content should include key invoice information (such as customer name, invoice number, amount, due date, etc.).

Provide workflow logic and configuration documentation.

Deliverables
Two fully functional n8n workflows:
Successfully connect and verify SuiteCRM with n8n
Implement automatic Asana task creation from Xero invoices through n8n
Complete operational documentation (API keys, trigger points, configuration instructions, etc.)
One brief handover explanation (online or screen recording)

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in n8n automation workflow development
Understanding of authorization, tokens, and error handling mechanisms
Ability to communicate in English or Chinese
