n8n Workflow Automation Setup

I need an experienced n8n specialist to eliminate a set of repetitive tasks that currently burn hours every week. Your job is to design, build, and hand over a clean, fault-tolerant workflow that runs entirely inside n8n and handles triggering, data routing, conditional logic, error handling, and notifications without human intervention.

Please attach a clear, detailed project proposal explaining your approach, the key nodes or integrations you expect to leverage, any prerequisites I must supply (API keys, sample payloads, etc.), and a rapid timeline—speed is essential because I want this live and tested ASAP.

Deliverables:
