WordPress-Gmail n8n Workflow Build
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I already run n8n on my cloud and now need a specialist who can turn a few manual jobs between WordPress and Gmail into clean, reliable automations. At a high level, the goals are:
• Capture events that happen inside WordPress (new post, updated form entry, new user, or another custom trigger we define together)
• Pass the data into Gmail—sometimes to send templated emails, sometimes to file or label incoming mail—without me ever touching a spreadsheet again
• Build any supporting logic in n8n (filters, IF nodes, HTTP request nodes, error-handling branches) so the flow is bullet-proof and recoverable if an API call fails
I will share specific examples once we start, but expect 3–5 small workflows to begin with. Each finished flow should come with:
• The n8n JSON export so I can import on my instance
• A brief Loom or written walkthrough explaining key nodes and where to add credentials or adjust variables
• A quick checklist showing how you validated the trigger, data mapping, and Gmail actions work end-to-end
Please rely solely on native n8n nodes or standard HTTP requests rather than paid plugins. If a custom function node is needed, keep the JavaScript concise and clearly commented.
Experience building n8n flows that talk to WordPress REST API and Gmail API is essential. If you’ve handled OAuth scopes, pagination, or webhooks for either service before, mention it when you respond so I know the hand-over will be smooth.
