WooCommerce & Picqer WMS Order Sync Checker (n8n + Railway Setup)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We use WooCommerce for our webshop, and a part of our orders are fulfilled by a third-party logistics partner that uses the Picqer WMS.
We frequently encounter discrepancies between WooCommerce and Picqer orders. To solve this, we are looking for a developer who can build an automated order validation system in n8n, hosted on Railway.
Scope:
* Build a workflow in n8n that runs every time an order has been placed
* For each WooCommerce order marked for fulfilment:
- Check if the order exists in Picqer (using Picqer’s Fulfilment API: https://picqer.com/en/api/fulfilment-client)
- Compare product SKUs and quantities between WooCommerce and Picqer
- If the order is missing in Picqer or if there are mismatches in the products or quantities:
Send an email notification with the relevant order details
Requirements:
- Experience with n8n (self-hosted or on Railway)
- Experience with WooCommerce and REST APIs
- Able to work with webhooks and scheduled triggers
- Clear and well-documented setup so we can maintain or expand it later
Let me know if you have experience with similar WooCommerce/WMS setups and feel free to suggest improvements to the flow.
