We are a real estate agency looking to create an automated WhatsApp bot using n8n and WhatsApp Cloud API.
The bot should guide clients through a simple conversation flow where they only need to select from given options (for example: Buy / Rent / Sell, city, budget, number of rooms or visit time). At the end of the flow, the client will only need to provide their name to complete the process.
Scope (General Idea)
n8n workflow with a Webhook trigger.
Automated conversation with predefined options (no typing required from the client, only selecting).
Data stored automatically in Google Sheets.
Final confirmation message once the client provides their name.
