n8n WhatsApp Order Automation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run all of my customer interactions on WhatsApp and I want to move the entire ordering flow into n8n on my own server. What I need is a set of reusable workflows that will:
• Capture a “New Order” when the customer taps a quick-reply button, guide them through product options, and save the result to my database.
• Offer a “Repeat Previous Order” button that instantly pulls that user’s most recent order and confirms it back to them.
• Send a “View Order History” button that returns a concise list of all past purchases for that WhatsApp number.
• Present two persistent menu buttons: “Subscribe / Unsubscribe” (to toggle marketing notifications) and “Visit Website” (opens my site).
I am already self-hosting n8n, so please structure the solution for a Docker-based install. I’ll provide API keys and database access; you deliver the finished workflows, clear instructions for any environment variables, and a quick loom or text walk-through so I can extend the flows later.
