n8n WhatsApp Contract & AML Bot

I’m building an automated WhatsApp and web-chat experience, powered by n8n, that will guide prospects from their first message through to signed contracts and completed AML checks. The flow needs to:
• Ask a few questions to confirm identity and eligibility,
• Switch to real-time conversation when the customer wants a human touch,
• Generate and dispatch our standard contract pack,
• Trigger the AML verification we already run inside our existing toolset, and
• Log every step so we can audit interactions later.
The n8n workflows should be modular so we can adjust questions or document templates without rewriting everything. Once each module is ready, I’d like a quick hand-off session so my team understands how to maintain or extend the nodes.
