n8n Voice Sales Agent
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I want an AI-driven outbound calls voice agent built entirely in n8n that focuses on sales assistance. Its single, clear function is to listen to callers, understand their needs, and provide real-time product recommendations back to them through natural-sounding voice responses.
Scope of work
• Design and implement the complete n8n workflow, including all decision nodes, data look-ups, and text-to-speech steps that turn caller intent into spoken product suggestions.
• Connect the flow to my existing product catalog (JSON or REST API—whichever you find cleaner) so recommendations always pull live stock, pricing, and short descriptions.
• Integrate a telephony layer that hands calls to n8n, passes the transcript into the workflow, and returns the synthesized reply to the caller. If you already have a preferred provider (Twilio, Plivo, etc.) let me know; I can open an account as required.
• Keep the logic modular so I can later bolt on order processing or analytics without a rebuild.
Acceptance criteria
1. A shareable n8n workflow file plus a brief read-me that explains environment variables, credentials, and any external services used.
2. Demo recording (or live test window) that proves the agent answers a call, captures the request, and delivers at least two relevant product suggestions by voice.
3. All configuration stays within my self-hosted n8n instance—no black-box SaaS beyond the telephony and TTS APIs we agree on.
If everything checks out, I will happily extend the project to cover upselling logic and post-call CRM logging. Let’s get the conversation flowing—literally.
