AI Voice Engineer - Platform Integration & n8n Automation Expert

I am looking for a skilled AI Voice Engineer to join my agency on a project or hourly basis. We are using a dedicated Voice AI Platform (AgentLabs) and building custom solutions for international clients (UK/USA).
​Your core responsibilities will be:
​Platform Mastery: Quickly learn and manage our internal Voice AI platform (self-hosted).

​Agent Development: Setting up high-quality voice agents using OpenAI LLMs, ElevenLabs/OpenAI TTS, and Deepgram.
​
Complex Automations: Building robust workflows in n8n to connect our voice agents with various CRMs, booking systems, and internal databases.
​
Technical Integration: Handling REST APIs and Webhooks to ensure seamless data flow between the voice agent and external tools.
​Optimization: Fine-tuning prompts and latency to ensure a "human-like" calling experience.

​Required Skills:
​Proven experience with n8n (Advanced level: nodes, functions, error handling).
​Deep understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks.
​
Experience with AI Voice stacks (Vapi, Retell, or self-hosted alternatives).
​Proficiency in Prompt Engineering for Voice (system prompts, tool handling).
​Familiarity with Docker/Linux environments is a plus (for platform management).
