Telegram n8n Chart Analysis Bot

I need an n8n workflow that sits between a Telegram bot and OpenAI which grabs PNG chart image from a local folder analyse it and send the concise text-summary of whatever insights ChatGPT can draw from that image.
Here’s the flow I’m after: when a user request for analysis through text msg in telegram, n8n should fetch chart the image file from a folder, hand it off to ChatGPT with a prompt that tells it to do my own bespoke style of analysis (I’ll provide examples once we start), collect the answer, and push that reply straight back to the same Telegram chat.
