n8n Telegram Bot Setup

I need an n8n bot to forward messages from a public Telegram channel to a private channel, filtered by specific keywords. I also want to receive a call for every message.

Requirements:
- Forward messages containing specified keywords (e.g., product names, alerts, other terms).
- Add a keyword with a custom note.
- Delete a keyword.
- List all keywords and associated notes.
- Trigger a call from the bot for every received message.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in n8n.
