Project Requirement: Automated Social Media Posting (n8n Workflow)
1. Objective

To develop an n8n automation workflow that automatically posts 10–15 news updates daily across:

Instagram

Facebook Pages

Twitter (X)

The automation should fetch content, format it, and publish it seamlessly with logs and error handling.

2. News Source Input

Content will come from:

RSS Feed / XML

Google Sheet / Airtable / CSV

Custom API or manual upload

(The developer should mention support options and integration feasibility.)

3. Workflow Requirements
3.1 Daily Posting Volume

Automatically post 10–15 news items per day

Scheduling frequency should be configurable

3.2 Platforms

Instagram (Feed posts — image + caption text)

Facebook Page (image or link + text)

Twitter/X (text + optional image/video)

4. Content Processing Requirements

Fetch headline, short description, image URL

Format captions per character limit:

Twitter (max 280 chars)

Instagram (hashtags support & formatting)

Facebook (long caption allowed)

Ability to auto-generate hashtags (optional quote required separately)

5. Asset Generation

Support for:

Use article image

Generate simple graphic with headline (Optional add-on quote requested)

6. Post Scheduling & Publishing

Ability to set posting intervals (e.g., every 30–60 mins)

Time-based scheduling (between 9:00 am – 9:00 pm IST)

7. Dashboard / Monitoring

Basic tracking of:

Posted count

Post status (success/failure)

Error log notifications (email / Telegram / WhatsApp alert)

8. Admin Controls

Edit captions before posting (optional)

Pause/Resume automation

Select which news items to publish

9. Services / API Permissions Required

Instagram Graph API

Facebook Page publishing API

Twitter/X posting API

Developer should mention:
