n8n Social Content Automation

I need a complete n8n workflow that turns ChatGPT into a hands-free content engine for my site, claim.sa. Each day the workflow should:

• Ask ChatGPT for five relevant topic ideas
• Log those topics in a Google Sheet, wait until I mark them “approved”, and skip anything that is not approved
• For every approved topic, have ChatGPT write a formal caption and add it to the same sheet
• Generate an eye-catching Instagram-ready image that reflects both topic and caption
• Schedule five posts to my Instagram account at five different times during the day, then repeat the schedule for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube

Key points
– Instagram is the top priority; the other networks follow the same content once the Instagram post is confirmed.
– All captions must keep a formal tone.
– The timing logic has to respect my local time zone and avoid repeating the same slots two days in a row.
– Everything must run inside n8n using native or webhook integrations (Google Sheets, OpenAI, Meta/Instagram Graph API, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Data API).

Deliverables
1. Exportable n8n workflow file (.json) with clear node naming
2. Setup notes covering API credentials, environment variables and scheduling parameters
3. Quick video or screenshot walkthrough that proves the flow from topic generation to a live Instagram post

Acceptance criteria
• Five approved topics trigger five posts in the next 24-hour cycle without manual intervention
• Google Sheet shows topic, caption, image URL and post status columns updated in real time
• A successful test run publishes to Instagram, and URLs or post IDs for the other platforms are logged in the sheet

Once everything tests cleanly, I’ll import the workflow to my own n8n instance and run it live.
