Setup Secure n8n Server (Docker + Postgres + SSL on VPS)

Job Description
I am looking for an experienced DevOps engineer / automation specialist to set up a production-ready n8n server on my VPS.
Scope of Work
• Install and configure latest n8n (Docker / Docker Compose preferred).
• Use Postgres as the database backend (no SQLite).
• Configure reverse proxy (NGINX or Caddy) with SSL (Let’s Encrypt).
• Harden security (basic auth, JWT, disable default users).
• Ensure auto-start on reboot (systemd or Docker).
• Implement backup strategy (Postgres DB + workflows).
• Deliver repo with docker-compose.yml + .env so I can redeploy anytime.
• Setup monitoring/logging (Grafana/Prometheus).
• scaling with Redis or clustering: add managed Postgres/Redis, multiple webhooks behind LB, autoscale workers, and robust backups/monitoring
• Provide short documentation or Loom walkthrough for updates and maintenance.
Deliverables
• Live n8n instance, accessible via HTTPS on my domain.
• Working credentials + all config files.
• Backup & upgrade instructions.
Environment
• VPS (OVH — fresh Ubuntu 22.04 LTS server will be provided).
Budget & Timeline
• Fixed price only.
• Delivery expected within 2–3 days.
