n8n Scheduled API Data Automation
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I need an n8n workflow that wakes up on a preset schedule, calls one or more operational-data APIs, enriches or transforms the payloads, and then hands the results off to our internal endpoint.
The core pieces I expect:
• A trigger set to the exact CRON or time-based cadence I will provide.
• HTTP Request nodes that authenticate against the operational APIs (token or key, again supplied).
• In-flow data parsing, mapping, and basic validations so only clean data reaches the destination.
• A final push into our webhook (or, if easier, a simple SQL insert—happy to discuss).
• Built-in error handling and a Slack/email alert node so I know when a run fails.
Export the workflow JSON when you’re done so I can import it straight into our self-hosted instance. If you can screen-share briefly to walk me through the nodes and any credentials I need to add locally, that will be the acceptance step.
