n8n Sales Chat Automation

I need a production-ready n8n workflow that turns incoming WhatsApp messages into a complete, semi-automated sales funnel. The flow should:

• Handle the very first touchpoint, greeting the prospect, collecting their name and basic intent.
• Keep the conversation warm with timed follow-ups, pulling context from previous messages so every reply feels natural.
• Detect buying signals and either push the lead to a live agent or trigger a “ready to purchase” sequence that closes the sale.

Everything happens on WhatsApp for now, but I’d like the logic written cleanly enough that I can later plug the same nodes into Facebook Messenger or Slack without rebuilding from scratch.

Deliverables

2. A short setup guide outlining required WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API steps and where to drop environment variables.
3. Quick loom-style walkthrough (max 5 min) so I can see the conversation flow in action.

Success criteria

• Follow-up schedule and message templates editable via environment or simple UI node.
• Clean branching logic with clear exit points for human takeover.
