Replicate n8n Basics Workflow

I want the exact three-step workflow shown here—https://n8n.io/workflows/8527-learn-n8n-basics-in-3-easy-steps/—running on my own environment without any changes or extra steps. The core task is to reproduce that demo so I can study how each node behaves and tinker with it later.
Because I’m starting from scratch, I also need you to walk me through the initial setup: installing n8n, configuring prerequisites (Docker or a direct Node.js install are both fine), and importing the workflow so it executes successfully. Screen-sharing or concise written instructions are acceptable as long as I end up with a working local instance that mirrors the example.
Deliverable
