n8n AI Reels Automation

I want a self-hosted n8n workflow that turns a simple daily trigger into three fully-finished motivational Reels/Shorts, each no longer than 45 seconds. The flow should work end-to-end:

• use Gemini to pick a fresh, engaging motivational topic and write a concise script
• generate matching visuals (image or short video segments)
• create a natural-sounding male voice-over with TTS
• add royalty-free background music and handle all FFmpeg stitching so the final MP4 is ready for social upload
• publish automatically through the Instagram Graph API and YouTube Data API, complete with AI-written title, description and hashtags.

I care about low running costs, so please favour lightweight models and open-source components where possible and keep any paid API usage to a minimum. The workflow should be reusable and easy to scale if I decide to increase posting volume later.

Deliverables
1. n8n workflow file(s) and any custom nodes or scripts
2. Environment setup guide for a Docker-based VPS install
3. Clear, step-by-step documentation (variables, API keys, instructions for editing prompts, troubleshooting)
4. A brief handover call or screen-share to walk through the build

Clean structure and commented nodes will be important because I may build extra branches on top of your work. If this pilot performs well, I’ll have ongoing tasks for additional channels and formats.
