Real-Time Chipply-Printavo n8n Integration
Budget: $75 – $400 USD
I need an experienced n8n automation developer to build a webhook-to-API flow that creates invoices in Printavo from incoming Chipply orders.
Project Overview:
Create an n8n workflow that receives order data via webhook and uses Printavo's V2 GraphQL API to automatically generate complete invoices with all necessary details.
Technical Requirements:
Source: Incoming webhook with Chipply work-order JSON (structure is consistent)
Destination: Printavo V2 GraphQL API (docs: https://www.printavo.com/docs/api/v2)
Authentication: Printavo credentials already set up; can work with you on additional tokens/scopes as needed
The Flow Must:
• Retrieve existing customer OR create/update customer records in Printavo.
• Create invoice and matching line items from Chipply order data.
• Ensure all details match: order data, line items, dates, handling fees, taxes, and totals.
• Add a payment transaction for the full invoice value (dated to order date), so it shows as paid.
• Include a fixed-price dummy 'expense' item for future testing/expansion.
Deliverables:
• Working n8n flow meeting all requirements above
• Successful test executions with 2-3 sample orders
• Short Loom (or similar) screen recording demonstrating Live flow execution and Resulting invoice inside Printavo interface
What I'll Provide:
• Temporary credentials to my existing n8n instance
• Printavo API access and any additional authentication needed
• Sample Chipply webhook data
• Support on Printavo-specific field requirements
Required Skills:
• Proven experience with n8n workflow automation
• GraphQL API integration experience
• Printavo API V2 experience (strongly preferred)
• Clear communication and screen recording ability
