We’re looking for a Python + n8n developer to build a complete, reusable B2B lead generation, validation, and CRM integration system focused on Mexico-based companies.
The final system must extract, clean, validate, and push leads automatically into Pipedrive — with all code and workflows fully documented and reusable by our internal team.
Project Scope
You will build a functional and scalable system that allows generating any number of leads (“n”) based on defined ICP filters.
The project includes:
A Python script for web/data extraction and validation.
An n8n workflow to orchestrate automation and connect with Pipedrive.
Full API integration with Pipedrive, handling duplicates, field mapping, and tagging.
Delivery of code, workflow, and documentation — ready for our team to operate independently.
As part of delivery, run one validation test with 20–30 leads to confirm end-to-end functionality (scraping → validation → CRM insertion).
Technical Requirements
Target country: Mexico
Lead fields: company, name, title, corporate email, phone (+52), website, industry, city, and data source.
No personal emails (@gmail, @hotmail, @outlook, etc.).
Preferred source: Apollo API (if accessible) or responsible scraping (Apify, Playwright, Selenium).
Email validation: NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or Hunter API.
Phone validation: E.164 format with +52; detect mobile vs landline (Twilio Lookup / Numverify).
CRM integration: Pipedrive via API, with logs and basic error handling.
Workflow automation: n8n (self-hosted or cloud).
Deliverables
Python script (documented and reusable).
n8n workflow (.json export) configured and tested.
One successful test run (20–30 leads) showing full pipeline execution.
Technical documentation (README / PDF) explaining setup and variables.
Short demo video (5–10 min) of system execution.
14-day warranty for bug fixes.
Required Skills

Hands-on with n8n automation.
