I need a simple, reliable candidate intake system built using n8n (self-hosted, I will provide server access or we can set one up together) connected to:
A Google Form (candidate self-submission: name, phone, role interest, location, experience) — I'll provide the form or you can help design it
Airtable as the central candidate database (you will design the schema: candidate fields, role tags, status pipeline: New → Screened → Interview → Offered → Joined/Dropped)
A webhook endpoint that can later receive WhatsApp messages (we are NOT building the WhatsApp bot in this phase — just make sure the CRM can accept webhook data cleanly)
Basic deduplication logic using phone number as the unique key
A simple daily summary (email or Slack/WhatsApp message) showing new candidates added, broken down by role
