AI-Powered Bilingual Medical Assistant

Project: n8n AI Medical Assistant (WhatsApp) – Latin America Clinics

I’m looking for an experienced n8n automation developer to build an AI-powered medical assistant for clinics across Latin America.

Project Overview

The assistant will operate mainly on WhatsApp, communicate in Spanish and English, and automate appointment booking (turnos) while filtering patients by accepted insurance (Obra Social).

The solution must be reusable so it can be deployed across multiple clinics using configurable variables.

WhatsApp-based AI assistant

Automated appointment booking via Google Calendar

Patient data capture (name, DNI/ID, phone, service, preferred date)

Insurance validation before booking

Bilingual support (Spanish & English)

ID/DNI validation logic

Emergency message handling (no medical advice)

* Tech Stack (Required Experience)

n8n (self-hosted)

WhatsApp Cloud API or Twilio

OpenAI (GPT-4 class models)

Google Calendar API

Airtable or Google Sheets

Optional experience with CRM tools (HubSpot / Pipedrive) is a plus

* Plans / Scalability

The workflow should support 3 plan levels:

Starter (WhatsApp + text AI)

Professional (adds website chat, voice notes)

Growth (adds CRM + analytics)

Plan features should be toggleable via variables.
